Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online betting and casino gaming is an exciting form of entertainment. However, like any entertainment, it is important to enjoy it within a controlled space. tkl999 is committed to creating a safe, transparent, and responsible environment for players in Bangladesh.

We firmly believe that gambling should always be for entertainment purposes — not as a source of income. When gaming goes beyond enjoyment and starts causing problems in daily life, that is the time to be careful. Our responsible gaming policies and tools help you keep that boundary in check.

Every player's experience is different. Some enjoy playing occasionally, others play regularly. However you play, tkl999 always wants your experience to be positive and safe.

Remember: Responsible gaming means managing your budget, your time, and your emotions. Never increase your bets in the hope of recovering lost money.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Control

Deposit Limit

You can decide for yourself how much to deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect right away. Increasing a limit takes time, but lowering one is immediate. This feature keeps your budget protected and prevents overspending.

Time Management

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a short break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be completely inactive. No promotional messages will be sent before the time-out ends.

Permanent Protection

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you should stop gaming entirely, choose the self-exclusion option. It is possible to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Under no circumstances can an account be reactivated while self-exclusion is active.

Bet Limits

Setting a Bet Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you will wager per session or within a set period. If that limit is exceeded, the system automatically alerts you and, if needed, temporarily suspends gaming.

History Review

Activity Review

You can view your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Regularly analysing your own playing patterns makes it easy to spot unusual tendencies. Staying aware is the first step in responsible gaming.

After logging in, go to your profile settings and find the deposit limit section under the "Responsible Gaming" option. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits there. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one takes a little time to apply.

Yes, once self-exclusion is activated, the balance in your account will be returned through the withdrawal process. At tkl999 the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800, and the process is usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Once the set period ends, the account becomes active again automatically. Self-exclusion is longer-term — 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. There is no way to reopen an account while self-exclusion is in effect.
